Executive Resilience Coach · Stay In The Room™

Resilience is not a mindset.
It is an infrastructure.

A structured, embodied system that keeps Business Women in business, in leadership, income, and in the room, when life disrupts everything.

The Question

Every Business Woman facing life disruptions asks herself two questions:

Will my business surive this?

Will I survive leading this?

The challenge is not simply surviving the disruption. It is staying in the room whilst it happens.

Reframing Resilience

The conversation needs to change about resilience.

The Traditional Model

  • Resilience is a personality trait
  • Push through. Keep going.
  • Mindset is enough
  • Disruption is a personal problem
  • Step back until you're ready

The Strongher Model

  • Resilience is a built system
  • Adapt. Continue. Lead differently.
  • Structure is what holds you
  • Disruption is a business risk
  • Stay in the room. Lead from here.

Adelle Martin MBA

Written from inside the room. Not from the stage.

I write as a woman navigating life in real time, not as a researcher studying women from a distance. My authority comes from lived experience first, and professional expertise second.

I have navigated early menopause, myeloma, melanoma, business ownership, and senior corporate leadership. I know what it means to try to lead when life is asking everything of you.

The StrongHER Resilience System™ is not a wellbeing concept. It is a business-critical framework, currently being developed into a formal academic model: the Embodied Resilience Infrastructure Model (ERIM).
